Whether acting in the capacity as Technical Design Authorities, or providing Pre-Sales advice, our highly skilled technical consultants can offer support for your organisation at whatever point your project is at.
Our consultants have also been fully trained to manage the Health and Safety elements of any project, be it situated on a construction site or at the road-side, as they are fully trained in CDM 2007. We can function as a Designer, Principle Contractor or Contractor within any project team and supply CDM Co-ordinators if required.
Procure
Once the design is complete, we can assist in running the procurement. We're vendor neutral and as such are not obligated to utilise one manufacturer or reseller over another.
However, we do maintain a trusted vendor book, with Key Suppliers that have impressed in the past, ensuring that the customer gets the benefits from many previous engagements. Taking the design and running an RFP process or a more comprehensive public sector type procurement, we will adapt our process to suit the size and scale of your organisation.
Once Vendors have been engaged, we also offer comprehensive contract reviews and Service Level Agreement negotiations, to ensure that once the solution is delivered, you have a manageable contract or service.

Implement
Our roster of highly technical project managers will co-ordinate the delivery of your solution end to end, as a simple project or as a comprehensive programme.
Utlilising the most applicable project management methodologies that suit your business. Our Project Managers are all Prince 2 qualified and can also run Agile projects, if that better suits the project or your working practices.
Comprehensive risk tracking and reporting are key to the successful delivery of any project and as such, we'll tailor the way we report on project delivery to best suit you.
